Nephelokokku

“Nephelokokkougia” — the city built by birds in Aristophanes’ The Birds — has always resonated deeply with me. In the play, the birds construct an ideal city in the clouds to escape the problems of human society and reclaim control over their connections to the divine. That same idea sits at the heart of my work. Dr. Clouds isn’t just a name — it represents the belief in a better, more imaginative world built above the chaos below. My art is meant to be a refuge, a reminder of what could be, and a call to help build it. That’s also why I give 10% back to the planet — because that vision shouldn’t just live in the clouds, it should manifest here.
